Description: In the 1622 print (facsimile provided by the Universitätsbibliothek Basel), editor Erasmus Widmann attributed the work to Balthasar Musculus (c1540 - c1596). An anonymous later remark in handwriting in the Tenor book refers to "Dreßler 1575". The main difference of this version to the 1580 print is a more elaborate polyphonic beginning.
