Latin text Beata Christi passio sit nostra liberatio, ut per hanc nobis gaudia parata sint coelestia. Gloria Christo Domino, qui pendens in patibulo, clamans emisit spiritum, mundumque salvans perditum. Amen.

English translation Blessed be the Passion of Christ, our deliverance, that through it heavenly joys may be prepared for us. Glory to Christ our Lord, who hanging on the cross, crying out, gave up his spirit, and saved the lost world. Amen.
